Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Update

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please note the following:

48-Hour Notice Required
All cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows
To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. All cancellations must be made by texting Soni on 0424 044 789.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged the full service fee.
